Neighbourhood Holdings proudly provides lending services across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, and Nova Scotia. We accept appraisal reports ordered through approve Appraisal Management Companies (AMCs) as well as select appraisers directly. All appraisals must meet the standards and satisfaction of Neighbourhood Holding Company Ltd.

We’ve consolidated a comprehensive list of appraisers that we love to work with from British Columbia to Nova Scotia. Have a file with a property located outside of a major city? No problem. Reach out to the team members working on your file and they will be happy to assist you.
Appraisal Requirements
In some instances, our team will allow you to order from an appraiser who is not on our list on a case-by-case basis, so long as the appraiser follows our appraisal requirements. Review the appraisal requirements and connect with your underwriter to confirm eligibility for your file.
