  • For borrowers with existing mortgages previously funded under the Fisgard name, there are no changes to their loan terms or how payments are handled. They’ll continue to make payments as usual and receive the same dedicated service from the Neighbourhood team now managing those accounts.

    For new originations, all mortgages will now be funded under Neighbourhood, with expanded products and the same commitment to transparent, flexible lending.

    In short, existing borrowers remain fully supported, and new clients benefit from a stronger, unified Neighbourhood.

  • There’s no disruption to how renewals or discharges are handled.

    Neighbourhood will be the servicer for all existing Fisgard mortgages — and the same people who’ve been managing renewals and discharges at Fisgard will continue to do so as part of the Neighbourhood team.

    For new originations, renewals, and discharges will also be managed directly by Neighbourhood, creating a more unified and streamlined process over time.

    In short: same people, same service — just working together under one brand.

  • No additional onboarding is required.

    If you were already approved to submit to either Fisgard or Neighbourhood, you’re all set — your existing credentials, access, and relationships remain valid.

    You can continue submitting deals through Lendesk, Filogix, or Velocity by selecting Neighbourhood Holdings as the lender.
