I manage capital markets for Neighbourhood, which means acting as the linchpin between our various fund flows—investors, banks, and originations. When we have too much of one ingredient, I make sure to balance it out with another. My role involves a daily calibration of strategy and I work closely with our CEO and board of directors to keep Neighbourhood at the forefront of the market.
